Chapters 37-48

What can we call this mess of "love" that is going on between Jared, Melanie, Wanderer, and Ian? Is it a trapezoid? A square? A rectangle? I do not know but it's all really confusing and stupid. I really dislike how both boys argue about who Melanie/Wanderer belongs to him. Possessive much? The love relationship that occur in the story are all messed up and not in a good way.

In a bit of a more exciting turn of events Wonderer goes on a raid which is actually just her shopping at her kin's supermarket instead of stealing. The culture shock for both the human and the soul was funny to read and I liked reading it. On their way back home the crew and their friends are ambushed by questioning cops but nothing really happens when they return to the caves Jamie comes running out saying Wes was killed by a seeker.
