Maybe Someday
Colleen Hoover
SUMMARY: On Sydney's 22nd birthday her world falls apart. She finds out her boyfriend has been cheating on her with the one person she thought she could trust. Now she's single, homeless, and purseless in the pouring rain. But when the mysterious and handsome guitar player from across the street comes to her rescue, Sydney thinks maybe she hasn't lost everything. A captivating story of lost, love, friendship, and the power of music that will capture your heart, body, mind, and soul.
RATE: 5/5 Stars
FAVORITE QUOTE: "I am convinced that people come across others in life whose souls are completely compatible with their own. Some refer to them as soulmates. Some refer to it as true love. Some people believe their souls are compatible with more than one person and I'm beginning to understand how true that might be."
PLAYLIST:
• The Sun and Moon- The Mae
•Like I'm Gonna Lose You- Jasmine Thompson
•Love- Lennon & Maisy
•I'm In Trouble- Griffin Peterson
WHAT I LEARNED: Sometimes you're world needs to crash and burn in order to discover what you truly need in life.
FINAL WORDS: Colleen Hoover writes love stories that either make you question your values or break your heart into tiny pieces then put it back together again. Maybe Someday had this toll on me. It has its flaws but I loved it in every way possible that you could love a book. I highly recommend to anyone who love a little contemporary in their lives or anyone who wants to read something different than is not your average love story.
